Food is an important part of Greek culture, and Nikos and Marina will treat you like family when it comes to eating and drinking.  

Choose to be served in a seated restaurant, at the cozy bar, in the snugness of the sunken lounge with its massive stone fireplace, or at tables on the large shady terrace with views of the mountains.

The restaurant menu at Hotel Teloneio includes traditional Greek dishes and local specialities. Traditional cuisine is the mainstay of the kitchen. Oven-cooked dishes including pies, casseroles, stews and roasts are prepared from local meats, beans and vegetables. Salads, bread, cheeses and yogurts are seasonally sourced from local providers. Home-made jams and local honey are served with a full breakfast (which is included in the tariff).

The cafe has a full bar which serves cold beer, local wines and fruit liqueurs, and spirits including local Tsipouro, distilled from special grapes, perfect to end a satisfying day. Accompany these with our delicious meze nibbles and snacks. Our range of teas includes locally harvested mountain tea, and we serve espresso, Greek, and various cold coffees. Ice creams and cakes are available for the sweet of tooth.

In the heart of living room is a great stone fireplace, ehere Nikos loves to sit with guests and help them their adventures.
He can direct you to the small and secrets pleasures of a little-kniwn village, a hermit's cliff retreat, a tiny waterfall in a tiny stream. He can set you on a gentle mountain path, or a challenging alpine walk in the high Tzoumerka.
